NTX Arena Firearm and Security Policy

Pursuant to Texas Penal Code Sections 30.05, 30.06, and 30.07, NTX Arena prohibits the possession of firearms, including concealed handguns and openly carried handguns, on all premises of the Arena.

In addition, for the safety and security of all patrons, vendors, and participants, all public events held at NTX Arena are required to have uniformed City of Lewisville police officers present on site. This requirement ensures that every event at NTX Arena is conducted in a safe and secure environment.

 

Compliance with these policies is a condition of entry. Failure to adhere may result in removal from the premises and any other remedies available under Texas law.
